Evidence of Quarks Simulator: The Strong Force and Creation
Developed By: Ir. MD Nursyazwi
This interactive module visualizes the fundamental mechanism of matter formation: Quantum Confinement, where Quarks are bound by the Strong Nuclear Force to form Protons and Neutrons, the core of every atom.
Instructions on How To Use
To operate the simulation, follow these steps:
- Locate the Data Input section to adjust Confinement Energy, Quantum Fluctuation, and Strong Force Coupling.
- Initiate the simulation by pressing the "Start" button. Quarks will spontaneously appear and attempt to form stable Protons.
- Observe the Graphical Simulation section to see the real-time interaction of subatomic particles.
- Monitor the Data Output section for quantitative metrics like stable Proton count and Gluon activity.
- The Graphs and Charts section visualizes the stability and rate of matter formation over time.

Scientific and Theological Principles: Emergence, Quantification, and Form
Quantum Confinement and the Strong Force (Emergence & Form)
The core mechanism visualized here is Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD), the theory of the Strong Nuclear Force. This force binds fundamental particles called Quarks (Up, Down) using force-carrying particles known as Gluons. The key feature is Confinement: the force between quarks increases, rather than decreases, as they are pulled apart. This ensures that quarks are never observed freely, but are perpetually 'confined' within stable composite particles like the Proton (u-u-d).
The phenomenon of Hadronization—the formation of stable matter from fleeting virtual quarks and gluons—is a profound act of emergence. It requires an immense, precise binding energy to transform unmanifested energy from the quantum vacuum into the defined mass and structure of the proton, the essential building block of the universe.
Theological Consideration: The Fundamental String
A related concept, فَتِيلًا (Fatīlan), which means a "twisted thread" or a "strand of fiber" (found in the groove of a date-stone in Quran 4:49). This description remarkably resonates with the theoretical basis of String Theory in physics, which posits that the most fundamental constituents of the universe are not point-like particles but tiny, one-dimensional, vibrating **twisted ropes** or strings. This concept suggests a profound underlying reality for the structure of matter.
The entire universe, from the subatomic level up to biological life, is built upon three shared, universal principles:
1. The Principle of Emergence (Al-An'am 6:95): Creation and Cleaving
This connects the sudden appearance of stable matter from the quantum vacuum to the emergence of life from inert structures:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ فَالِقُ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوَىٰ ۖ يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَمُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتِ مِنَ الْحَيِّ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ اللَّهُ ۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤْفَكُونَ
Quran 6:95
"Indeed, Allah is the splitter of the grain and the date-stone (Al-Fāliq). He brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living. That is Allah; so how are you deluded?"
The Arabic word النَّوَىٰ (An-Nawā), typically translated as the 'date-stone,' can also be interpreted as the fundamental nucleus or core component of a substance. In this context, the verse describes Allah as the splitter (Al-Fāliq) of this core component.
- The Nuclear Miracle: The verse speaks of splitting the نَوَىٰ, a concept perfectly mirrored in the modern discovery of **nuclear energy**, which relies on the successful **cleaving and splitting** of the atomic nucleus, releasing immense power.
- The Particle: The Proton emerges from the tightly confined structure of three Quarks.
- The Seed: Life emerges from the tightly confined structure of the seed/kernel, requiring the act of splitting (Fāliqu).
2. The Principle of Form and Structure (Al-A'raf 7:11)
This principle highlights the deliberate design of functional structure, applicable both to the Proton's internal configuration and the creation of life:
وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ صَوَّرْنَاكُمْ ثُمَّ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ لَمْ يَكُن مِّنَ السَّاجِدِينَ
Quran 7:11
"And We have certainly created you, [O mankind], and given you shape (ṣawwarnākum). Then We said to the angels, 'Prostrate to Adam'; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He was not of those who prostrated."
- Subatomic Form: The confinement of two Up Quarks and one Down Quark creates the precise shape (structure) of the Proton, which dictates the stability of the atom and all subsequent molecular forms.
- Human Form: The divine act of "giving shape" (ṣawwarnākum) results in the functional, specific form of humanity, demonstrating that order and stable structure are inherent to creation at all scales.
3. The Principle of Quantification (Az-Zilzal 99:7-8): Weight Over Size
This principle connects the precision required for stable particle formation (precise energy and mass) to the ultimate standard of universal accountability:
فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُۥ (7)
وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُۥ (8)Quran 99:7-8
"So whoever does an atom's weight (Mithqala Dharratin) of good will see it. And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it."
The combination of the words **مِثْقَالَ (Mithqāla - Weight)** followed by **ذَرَّةٍ (Dharratin - Atom/Smallest Particle)** is a profound miracle of quantification. In modern science, the standard method for measuring fundamental particles and elements is by their **Atomic Weight** (or mass), not merely by their size or visual appearance. The Quranic emphasis on the weight of the smallest particle perfectly aligns with the most crucial metric in contemporary particle physics and chemistry, demonstrating absolute precision.
Conclusion: Both the subatomic world and the theological framework confirm that existence is founded on principles of dynamic creation (emergence), deliberate structure (form), and absolute precision (quantification), reflecting the meticulous design and perfect accountability governing all things.
